METALIZED CPP FILMS

METALIZED CPP FILMS

Metalized CPP film is both sides heat sealable with both-side corona treated; metalized film as compared to aluminum foil as barrier film for laminated products has almost the same characteristics of foil and cheaper in price. Used as lamination substrates for chips snack, confectionary products and other packaging materials. The normal thickness range in this grade varies from 15 to 40 microns. It is normally laminated to BOPP or Polyester either plain or printed.

End Uses :
Cakes, Biscuits, Boiled sugar confectionaries, Noodles, Spices etc...

Note:
Treatment value of CPP films tend to decay over a period of time during transportation & storage conditions. Therefore it is recommended that the customer should check the treatment levels prior to processing and if a reduction is observed then online corona treatment, high adhesive GSM & a suitable primer may be applied.
