Note : Treatment level of CPP films tend to decay over a period of time during transportation & storage conditions. 3BF guarantees surface treatment level of CPP films higher than 36 dynes within 90 days after production. In order to minimize the deterioration of surface energy it is recommended to store film below 30°C at shadow and with a relative humidity of 60% and to convert it asap. Also recommended that the customer should check the treatment levels prior to processing and if reduction is observed then on line corona treatment , high adhesive GSM & a suitable primer may be applied.
